This page explains what personal data Dioptera collects, why, and how it is handled.

Who we are

Dioptera is operated by Ludmila Eškutová, IČO 66063515, based in Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic. For any question about this policy or your data, contact marek@dioptera.eu.

What data we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the information you submit: name, email address, company name, and any description of your data or project you choose to include.

Client data sent for processing

If you send us complaint, vigilance, sales, or other source data for data preparation work, that data is handled under a separate GDPR Article 28 data processing agreement, signed before any file is transferred. Details are in the Security section of this site.

How we use your data

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your enquiry. We do not use this information for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties beyond the subprocessors named below.

Subprocessors

Three subprocessors may handle data in connection with this site or client work: Anthropic for AI-assisted processing, Proton for storage, and INTERNET CZ (Forpsi) for email. No others are involved.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry. Client data sent for processing is retained according to the terms of the Article 28 agreement, and is deleted on request or within 30 days of delivery, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact marek@dioptera.eu.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version always applies to data collected from this point forward.
